Reunion Information

Hello Davis Family!

The Reunion is just over a week away, and I have some last minute information for you. I am asking every family attending to contribute $15 towards the rental fee of the pavilion ($100 a day). I will be collecting money for tent fees and the pavilion fee at the reunion.

Here’s the schedule of events, including information about meals. Provide your own table service, please.

Thursday, June 24
2:00 pm - check in starts
6:00 pm - Potluck Dinner (please bring an entrée, salad or dessert to serve 12.)
7:00 pm - Games and Visiting (bring a fun game to play or just visit with the family.)

Friday, June 25
Breakfast and Lunch meals will be done on your own.
10:00 am – Cornhole Championship (sign- up in teams of two to compete for the honor of being the best cornhole player in the Davis family)
2:00 pm - Davis Family Napoleon Dynamite Tournament and Children’s Pinata
(Please contribute a bag of candy for this event)
6:00 pm - Milk Can Dinner (Bring your assigned food item to Sarah Ferrin by 5 pm. See bottom for assignment)
8:00 pm - Talent Show (prepare a serious or not serious act. Favorite memories of Grandma and Grandpa would be great!)

Saturday, June 26
Breakfast on your own
11:00 am – check out time
